Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Specjalistycznych "TERMATEX" Sp. z o. o. is a Polish-owned company operating since 1987.
For 37 years, we have specialized in the comprehensive execution of:
- installation of trapezoidal roof sheets
- flat roof coverings, primarily using torching membranes and PVC, TPO, EPDM roofing membranes
- hall wall cladding, mainly with sandwich panels, trapezoidal sheets, and cassette panels
- renovation and modernization of roof coverings
- service inspections and roof leak detection
We prepare the detailed design documentation. We supply and install all materials needed for system roofing technologies or hall wall cladding. We have extensive resources of our own equipment and tools. We operate our own auxiliary production workshops for flashings, thermal insulation fittings, small steel structures, etc. We offer long-term warranties on the work we complete.
Through continuous growth, we have secured a strong position in the construction market and currently employ around 150 people. We have completed tens of millions of square meters of roofing and hundreds of thousands of square meters of facades. We are a co-founder and active member of the Association of Flat Roof and Facade Contractors DAFA
Our long-standing presence in the market, acquired experience, qualified management staff, a well-established team of manual workers, and financial potential allow us to undertake even the largest or most complex projects while maintaining high execution and organizational standards.
The company's operational scope is not territorially limited. In Poland, we operate 5 Sales and Marketing Offices in Ostojów near Kielce, Katowice, Krakow, Wrocław, and Nowa Sól, ensuring quick and direct contact with customers and efficient implementation of contracts. We also carry out projects outside the country, mainly in Austria and Germany.
