Since 1987, we have specialized in the installation of flat roof, terraces, and inverted roofs insulation for both new and existing structures.
Scope of Services Provided:
- installation of load-bearing trapezoidal metal sheets, including calculations, selection, and fastening to the specific type of construction,
- installation of layers to protect the roof envelope from water vapor diffusion,
- installation of thermal insulation made of mineral wool, PIR foam, EPS or XPS polystyrene,
- installation of waterproofing with materials such as torching membrane, PVC, TPO/FPO, EPDM membranes, including selection of fasteners and installation calculations,
- renovations and repairs to existing flat roofs,
- workshop designs, material selections, layouts, material lists, detail solutions, design details, etc.
For each roof, we carry out comprehensive work related to the installation and sealing of roof components such as smoke vents and skylights, equipment bases, installation and construction penetrations, roof drains, and emergency overflow systems.
Our in-house production workshop ensures the quick manufacturing of prefabricated elements used for profiling roof slopes and counter-slopes, minor structures and support substructures, and flashings.
